Human Club cell protein(CC16、CC10、子宫珠蛋白、尿蛋白1或克拉拉细胞分泌)是分泌珠蛋白家族的成员,是非连接的分泌产物。细支气管Clara细胞,它的功能还有待充分阐明,但令人信服的数据表明其作为免疫调节剂和抗炎剂的作用。Club cell protein抑制磷脂酶A2活性以及干扰素γ信号传导和Th1与Th2淋巴细胞调节。血清、血浆和支气管肺泡灌洗液中的Clara细胞蛋白浓度测定。    


自1994年以来在众多研究中使用的洗液。在血清中,它的增加与年龄和石棉、氯化氮和臭氧暴露。更高水平的CC16在结节病、肺纤维化和高PEEP通气患者。血清减少在吸烟者和慢性病患者的肺切除术后发现CC16水平。阻塞性肺病、哮喘或二氧化硅暴露。患此病的胎儿羊水中也发现CC16浓度降低。各种机制引起的肺发育不良(膈疝、糖尿病)嗜好、特纳和唐氏综合征)。在胸腔积液中,CC16浓度出现。与肺中CC16高水平的扩散有关。胸膜充血。基于以上报道,Club cell protein可能是肺部疾病和损伤有前景的诊断标志物。
